Sales Account Manager
Join Optimistik, a dynamic technology firm specializing in industrial data analysis, digital transformation and process optimization solutions.
We are seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to help expand our presence in North America in industrial and process industries sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and maintain client relationships in industrial and process sectors
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract negotiation
- Work closely with technical teams to create tailored SaaS software solutions
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis
- Participate in targeted marketing events and industry trade shows
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Provide real-time visibility on sales opportunities and forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Successful B2B sales experience in industrial solutions or software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
- Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Professional fluency in French is considered a significant asset)
- Willingness to travel (North America)
